Delivery Information
UK-Only Shipping: Please note that we currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Orders placed with non-UK delivery addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £5.00.
Courier Service: All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. This service usually aims to deliver the next working day, though delivery times may vary depending on Royal Mail’s network.
Delivery Charges: Delivery costs will be displayed at checkout.
Delays: While we always aim to dispatch on time, please allow extra time during busy periods, postal strikes, or severe weather.
Returns Policy
Eligibility: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Condition of Returns: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if items are returned in an unsuitable condition.

Return Postage: Unless the item is faulty or damaged, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
